When it seems like your relationship isn’t working, you may be left feeling sad, hurt, angry, disconnected, and completely alone.  Maybe something has happened and what used to bring you closeness now brings feelings of insecurity and distance. Maybe the relationship has slowly changed over time and you have pulled further and further apart.  Maybe you are having feelings of hopelessness and wonder if the relationship is worth continuing.  What has become certain for you is that no matter why or how you got to this point, you know that changes are needed.

Your therapist will support you and your partner, helping you to identify what may be causing the disconnection and learn to communicate so you can turn to each other for comfort, healing, and forgiveness.
