Not at all. This is for anyone who wants to understand their cycle, whether you’re on birth control, have no plans for pregnancy, or are just tired of not having answers.

That’s okay. You’ll still learn what’s happening, how to investigate or track changes, why this is happening and what (if anything) you need to do abut it. This course is especially valuable if your cycle feels unpredictable or off-track.

We will be offering both! Complete the registration form section and let us know your preferences. We will be offering an in-person course in May (which will include virtual options if the demand is there). We are also in the midst of recording the modules to make it available online and at your own pace.

Nope! We’ll give you a full view of your options - hormonal and non-hormonal- so you can make informed choices with your provider.
