I’m dealing with menopause symptoms. Can you help?
Yes! Menopause care is one of our areas of interest! We know how impactful this stage of life can be, and our team is here to help with symptom management, education, and support tailored to your needs. We’ve also developed the Mastering Menopause Course to help educate and empower women through this stage. Anyone can attend!
If you are not a family medicine/primary care patient at TWC, you’ll need a physician referral to be seen in our Menopause Clinic. The good news? We’re still accepting Family Medicine Patients!

Booking is easy! You can call us, email, or visit our patient portal to schedule your appointment. We’ll match you with the right provider and get you started on your wellness journey.

Absolutely. We understand that life gets busy, so we offer virtual appointments for many of our services. This way, you can get the care you need from the comfort of home.
We also serve a large geographical area and understand that travelling for medical/wellness appointments is cumbersome and the winter roads can get the best of us!
How do you work as a team to care for patients?
Our team shares a commitment to collaboration. We regularly meet to discuss patient care (with patient consent - of course!) and create customized wellness plans. Whether you’re seeing a counsellor, family doctor, or physiotherapist, we work together to ensure every aspect of your health is addressed.

Yes! We provide care for all ages, including pediatric and adolescent support. From managing ADHD to well child visits, to parenting support, menstrual concerns and nutritional counselling, we’re here to help young ones thrive.
